We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

Returns regarding a change of color or variant will only be eligible for an exchange or store-credit.

If the item you received is incorrect, we will have the correct item shipped to you (free of charge). Photo evidence of the received item may be required.

If the item you received becomes damaged or broken due to our error, we will have a new replacement of the item shipped to you (free of charge). Photo evidence of the received item may be required.

If you are unsatisfied with your product after you receive it, you may return it in exchange for a different item or store credit. A full refund may be issued once the item is returned only if an exchange, store-credit, or a complimentary item will not suffice.

NOTE: Due to labor and inability to resell custom products, all sales on personalized items are final.

Store-credit:

Store-credit will be issued in the amount paid excluding shipping costs and refunds will not be accepted. If 10 days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or store-credit. We recommend you carefully review your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the confirmation receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds/Exchanges

In the event that any aspect of your purchased item is incorrect, a refund may be issued or a replacement can be sent to you in at no cost to you. 

Please have a photo of your received item sent to us for inspection and refund approval, due to error.
